(01) — About

I care about the whole product, from the first user interview to the auction logic underneath.

Senior Executive Product Manager, Moving Walls, 2024–2026

From 2020 to 2026 I worked at Moving Walls, a DOOH and programmatic advertising technology company: first as a business analyst on dashboards, client onboarding and an organisation-wide CRM rollout, then, from 2024, as the product manager responsible for its B2B programmatic platform: strategy, roadmap and delivery, on the demand and the supply side.

I'm happiest where the product meets the system underneath it: deal types, budgets, auctions, the CRM and the ledger. I also build. With Claude Code and Replit, daily tools for 18 months, I design, build and deploy AI-powered applications myself, and I've taken two from idea to production without an engineering team.

And I write: twenty independent research papers in 2026 on AdTech, MarTech, OOH, product management and AI, sixteen of them collected in the first edition of Media Intelligence, with the rest on ResearchGate.

(02) — What I do

From strategy to working software

Five areas, one way of working: understand the business problem, then build the product that solves it.

  1. AdTech and MarTech product management

Strategy, roadmap and delivery for a B2B programmatic DOOH platform, on both the demand and the supply side.

    • Owned the platform roadmap from 2024 to 2026
    • Led a DSP revamp: order management, auctions, and PMP, Preferred and open-auction deals
    • Prioritised against market trends, competitors and user research
    The DSP revamp
  2. AI platform development

Practical, hands-on building: I design, build and deploy AI-powered applications myself with Claude Code and Replit.

    • From requirements and solution design to build, integrations, testing and launch
    • AI Performance Mirror: AI-written daily reports from the Zoho Sprint API
    • Inventory Availability Viewer: concept to production in 15 days
    AI Performance Mirror
  3. Enterprise applications and B2B SaaS

Turning complex business requirements into practical software for organisations: CRM, ERP and workflow automation.

    • Salesforce, Zoho Books and NetSuite integrations, with manual reconciliation eliminated
    • An organisation-wide Zoho CRM implementation
    • Discovery before build, which cut development rework by about 30%
    Salesforce and ERP
  4. Writing, research and commentary

Independent research on AdTech, MarTech, OOH and DOOH, and AI, combining product experience with market analysis.

    • 20 papers in 2026: market studies, competitive analyses and product frameworks
    • Media Intelligence, Edition 01: a 36-page digital magazine
    • Articles on LinkedIn, and research on ResearchGate
    Read the research
  5. Product strategy and digital innovation

Connecting customer needs, business requirements and technology, including AI, into products that solve real problems.

    • Requirements that engineering can build from: PRDs, BRDs, BDD (Gherkin) and UAT
    • Innovation strategy across Latin America and Asia

Things I've written

Independent papers on the structure of the advertising technology market, written through 2026, plus product management and AI. Facts, interpretation and outlook are kept visibly apart.

  • Proof layer

From Brand Lift to Incremental Impact

Attention, Causality, and Optimization in Out-of-Home Advertising Measurement

Asks which organisations can show that OOH exposure caused incremental impact, and turn that evidence into the next media decision. The paper extends the measurement chain from three stages to seven and finds that none of the eight organisations assessed documents all of them.

  • Transaction layer

From Buying Interface to Execution Infrastructure

The Repositioning of the Demand-Side Platform Under Agentic Advertising

AI agents increasingly interpret briefs and run campaigns through APIs instead of a person working inside a DSP. Using 2026 disclosures from The Trade Desk, Amazon Ads, Adform, Magnite and PubMatic, the paper argues that the DSP is not disappearing, but its role as the main buying interface is being structurally challenged.

  • Data layer Asia-Pacific

The Data Behind the Billboard: Asia-Pacific

    A 2026 Analysis of the Asia-Pacific Out-of-Home Third-Party Data and Measurement Ecosystem

Asia-Pacific is the world's largest and most digital OOH region, and its least programmatic. The paper documents national measurement developments from Australia's MOVE currency to Malaysia's developing initiative, and locates the region's opportunity in the gap between digital and programmatic maturity.

  • The agentic turn

From Media Buying to Outcome Engineering

A Proposed Outcome Exchange for Out-of-Home Advertising

Proposes an Outcome Exchange for OOH, where a campaign starts from a business objective rather than a quantity of inventory. The paper maps six positions in the agentic OOH value chain, argues that the sixth, outcome orchestration, is still unclaimed, and sets out a governance model that keeps language models away from pricing and causal inference.

  • The agentic turn

The Rabbit Didn't Lose the Race, He Changed the Story

A Competitive Framework for the AI Race in AdTech, MarTech, OOH and DOOH

There is no single AI race in advertising but at least four, and leading one does not mean leading the next. The paper compares disclosed AI metrics with headline growth across seven companies and proposes an unscored eight-dimension framework instead of a leaderboard.

Media Intelligence

Edition 01: The Intelligence LayerOctober 202636 pages

The screen was the product. Then the audience. Next comes the decision.

Sixteen research papers, one finding: nobody yet owns the layer that connects inventory, data, proof and action. The edition reads the papers side by side, from the transaction layer to the agentic turn.

  1. IThe state of play
  2. IIThe transaction layer
  3. IIIThe data layer
  4. IVThe proof layer

(08) — Frameworks

How I think

Most of my papers end in a model that can be argued with. These four come up again and again across the research.

The unit of commerce

The unit of advertising is moving from the screen, to the audience, to the decision and, if the industry can prove it, to the outcome. Each step moves value towards whoever understands inventory best.

  1. Screen Sell a location, priced by panel.
  2. Audience Sell reachable people, priced by CPM.
  3. Decision Sell the best choice, made continuously.
  4. Outcome Sell verified incremental impact.

From Media Intelligence, chapter 02

The seven-stage proof chain

The old chain stopped at brand lift. Buyers now ask whether anyone noticed, whether the ad caused the change, and whether the evidence can steer a live campaign.

  1. Delivery Did it run?
  2. Exposure Could they see it?
  3. Attention Did they notice?
  4. Brand lift Did perception move?
  5. Causality Did the ad cause it?
  6. Business outcome Did behaviour change?
  7. Optimisation What should happen next?

From From Brand Lift to Incremental Impact

Five kinds of outcome

An outcome-based market only stays credible if these five are never blurred. Guarantees without validated causal measurement would collapse trust.

  1. Forecast Predicted.
  2. Observed Happened.
  3. Attributed Followed exposure.
  4. Incremental Caused by exposure.
  5. Guaranteed Contracted.

From From Media Buying to Outcome Engineering

Graduated autonomy

Remove manual work, keep accountability. Autonomy cannot scale without identity, permissions and audit, so it is granted one level at a time.

  1. Recommend People decide; the system suggests.
  2. Plan for review A plan is drafted for review.
  3. Execute on approval Actions run once approved.
  4. Optimise within limits Adjustments stay inside set limits.
  5. Transact within guardrails Deals happen within guardrails.
  6. Highly autonomous The system acts with minimal oversight.

How I can help

I help AdTech, MarTech and B2B SaaS teams make better product decisions and turn them into working software, drawing on six years inside a programmatic DOOH business, hands-on AI product building, and independent research into where the market is going.
